The agreement signed by Ahmad Abdisalan Aden and the Representatives of the alliance for the re-leberation of Somalia ( ARS) on November 26,2008 in the Republic of Djiboiti provides more questions than answers to the future of Somalia. The fact that it was mediated and supported by United Nations political Office for Somalia (UNPOS) not only excludes majority of Somalis from the process, but brings into question the UNs role in the Country.
