I should add that MMR repeated their claims (30 may announcement Re AGM) about CTP's unilateral withdrawal from the MoU, but that added nothing to the 27 March announcemnet on the issue
parties who believe they have been wronged don't have to file proceedings immediately, but they can't sit on their hands about the gripes either - until I hear more my guesstimate is that the MoU was sufficiently loose to enable CTP to withdrawal without penalty - but again, let's see what Julian can divulge
