Do nothing!
At least till someone is over the 50% limit. Even then we will have lots of time to act before any number of scenarios play out. If enough hold out it usually goes to the 90% limit by attrition. Even leading up to the 90% limit, buyers can increase the price (which would also apply to all those who took up that particular offer).
