    Currently AOE has 15,850,589 shares and 9,000,000 options. PES Fully diluted shares on 31 Dec will be 24,850,589. which will make AOE holding - 19.96%. If AOE purchased the 2.7 million options on 13 and 14 November, its holding will be above 20%. Is a takever bid on the horizon?
