Really looking forward to detail regarding the Orion project operations.... should see some examples of bottom feeding at it's best.
Competition for SWISH acreage will have fallen away significantly...PE fleeing the area as ECHO gone, 89 Energy swallowed up by Camino, Casillias selling to Continental but in court because CLR pulled out of the deal, CLR cutting production, investment spend collapsing.
And yet here we have little old BRK, using the chaos to invest in a multi-layer strategy whereby the same dollar gives them acreage security within their core DSU and potential new DSU's, a long tail and low decline production boost which all result in a re-rating of the land as commodity prices eventually recover.
