Unfortunately, either yesterday or the day before (it all seems like one long day) the seller had 2,240,000 shares for sale at 4.9c and these were being partially filled down to the the current 2,183,833 number and was not pulled.
This stock needs to run it's course. People all have their own reasons for pulling out, it may simply be that they don't anticipate a bounce any time soon so they move their funds into another stock for the time being and return when things improve. Doesn't mean they have inside info that the banks will be moving in next week.
We can all speculate on hundreds of scenarios that that "could happen" if I were to do that, I'd never leave my house for fear of being hit by a car.
Going on the information at hand:-
Valad has no material debt expiring in FY09, and sufficient funds to cover all business and debt commitments in FY09,
Debt in VCS projects are non-recourse to Valad and account for 16% of the balance sheet.
