Although 15% is material, there are anchor tenants in there who will not be closing (supermarkets) who occupy a very large percentage of mall floor space. Some other shops will stay open. Remains to be seen if further rent deferral or holidays will happen. Very very attractive entry level for anyone who can hold and sit this out.
