I may be wrong, but if someone knew such information I highly doubt they'd be freely posting it on here. I hope for his sake that he's merely ramping, because it's not looking good so far for the Charge sale.
The only hope now would be if there's other serious offers on the table that can actually complete the contract. However, if that was the case you'd think they go into a trading halt like they did last time?
