Acquiring 80% is just a formalization step, Im sure TSO will accelerate it as what they did with 70%. They need to pay 50k cash and provide a feasibility study. The deadline is 2022.
Regarding the remaining 20%. I saw in several presentations and prospectus that they can acquire that by either giving out shares or paying with cash. Anyone knows what is the exact term? @Corgi mentioned something that the vendor would like to take shares at a premium instead of cash?
