As a shareholder of both SGC and XST I would prefer them both remain as separate entities provided they can raise funds to remain as listed companies. Whilst I believe Borba being drilled would be beneficial for both companies I can see a reason for XST developing another package of projects elsewhere- that was the intention of the previous MD but he failed.

As PP indicated it seemed Richard Lorentz was appointed as a director recently to provide that new direction but obviously it didn't fly. I believe is a very clean shell sitting awaiting the right opportunity.
