Agreed, seems a bit strange that they only started looking once the HRZ deal fell through. To be fair the focus was on gaining sufficient resources, which they were looking for in other deposits. But, you'd think that if you knew your model was rubbish during mining that you'd look at that as a priority. Brilliant is still the key here, no doubt about it.
