once they sell dalrymple and fully repay the corporate facility i see no reason why dividends should not be resumed.
the dividend for fy 09 was supposed to be 10c per share. imagine what would happen to the sp if they announced dividends were back on.
imo a solid dividend payment policy is a much better way to re-rate a company's stock in this environment then asset sales. remember cash is always king.
