    I don't think they can buy any back, they got big debts.

    But the got some land in Melbourne and it would appear that with the gigantic first home owners grant specificlly for new houses, development on the fringe of Melboune cant be completely cactus yet.

    No doubt some conmen can see an opportunity to swindle the BLP holders of their interests though.
