twe has always been a long term play in my opinion. there recovery will be slower than other sectors in this climate.
anything below 10 is a buy for me. the projections are realistic and understated, if global recover speeds up, especially in asia(assuming they keep there exports) there recover will be faster.
theres no hype or over estimations here. will keep the price down untill real results come through. i will be accumulating for the next few months.
