imo the ppl that paid some of there elf should get the The shares they paid ahead given to them.
i myself opted to wait as I didn’t have the money at the time.
as for elf shares. Well the last capital raising gave holder basically the opportunity to buy the same amount they held in elf and more at a much cheaper value in turn being a far better deal than paying of the elf loan to get them. So u can say they were kinda a trade off for the elf at a cheaper price.
so If you had a choice between the elf or last cr then the last cr was far better value then the elf as a substitute.
but it’s fair for those that paid for some to atleast get the ones the paid for.
as for releasing them for free that imo would cause further dilution and not really benefit the company looking forward.
although a good will gesture of say 10-15% for free of those elf would be nice since I originally paid for those option 2 times over to extend them.
now what we need is some real solid progress and share price to follow and elf will be forgotten and forgiven imo.
regular updates on progress would be good thou.
