I think $1 is a very long way off but.. that’s 25x what we are now. A $750M market cap (before even considering the inevitable dilution which will drive this up to get your buck) is a number of years away. Definitely a long road to a buck and plenty of scary nasty unknow terrain in between. For the time being EXR have some significant action underway and all of us can be excited about the months ahead. I’m reasonably heavy as a portfolio % and I’ll be taking profits on any SP surges and will reassess along the way.
