According to my valuation, KMD is worth somewhere between $1.84 to $2.43. Back then, IMO KMD was very very undervalued, but now they are less undervalued due to the capital raising at a heavily discounted price. But nevertheless, KMD is still a solid brand with a high focus on technical products which I think it's very important. If you look at Nike and Adidas, they never shift away from their technical products and I think that contributed to their success today. I can say the same with Rip Curl since my boss surf and he loves their flash bomb wet suit. So 2 brand seems to have matching culture and expertise on 2 different areas with KMD on retail and Rip Curl on wholesale, so the potential for growth is definitely there. It was just a shame that COVID hit right after KMD bought Rip Curl...
