You can do both champ. Or do you mean every company that does a CR must cancel their dividends and cry poor.. you can shore up your balance sheet while the market is hot for the sector and still give a return to shareholders, they did just announce record customers 2.1M.
Not saying they should or shouldn't, was just a thought as the comparables are all doing raisings, but your saying your an analyst ... geez mate
