Don't know how much spare time you have but if you read the entire thread (or at least the first few of Sabretooth's posts) you will have a good understanding of the point he is trying to make. He's an SGW supporter.
Some balance to the post might be achieved by looking at the frquency of these "Supplementary's" issued by ASIC.
