    I was thinking about this earlier, imagine the savings post brick laying with exact dimensions, less offcuts less time wasted jibbing, carpeting etc
    due to everything being exactly square. I'm no tradie so might be completely wrong but the flow on cost savings could be had throughout the entire build not just the brickworks
