Agreed, his performance to date has been anaemic. The most recent AGM was very poor in his engagement with owners (shareholders). A positive spin is that he has been working to get thing right in the background before he get on the front foot and gets the organisation on the front foot. But now with the Life sale complete and all the restructuring work underway where is the positive growth language and the individual divisions marketing. What is he waiting for...smells like something we do not know.
