Valad has let 77,500 sq ft to Forest Garden, the garden fence company, at the Hartlebury Trading Estate near Kidderminster in Worcestershire.
Forest Garden owner Larchlap is investing £2.5m to consolidate on the site. Valad manages the estate on behalf of the Industrial Trust, a Rockspring fund. Jarvie Bedhall and Harris Lamb are the letting agents.
