    It's bit like Little Toot puffing and huffing up the price mountain ..... "I think I can ... I think I can .... I want to make an end of week close above $2.25 ... Maybe next week ..."

    So near but not quite ... closed right on $2.25 but that's not quite good enough.

    Many are still awaiting this buy signal.
