I agree the business being done in the backoffice seems to be on the right path, I'm just trying to remind people that the product itself has to be decent. Seems to get lost in the technical analysis sometimes... PBH software interface needs work, functionality is ordinary. Haven't tried the app personally, but the website needs a facelift for sure!
