No small holder should take up the rights while shares can be purchased on market heaps cheaper. Unless you're looking to grow your stake in MGX without pushing up the price, there appears to be no reason to take up the rights offer.

My decision to purchase was more based on financial solvency of company once this issue goes through, rather than the issue price. Though one would think the 60c issue price would exert upward pressure on price, obviously haven't seen that at all to date. It's a mystery to me, hope someone can enlighten me.
