Whats got up your nose for you to nitpick issues that YOU should have already checked as part of YOUR due diligence PRIOR to becoming a DW8 holder or is your disclosure not up to date.
Suggest you do some reading/research over this weekend and decide Monday morning if DW8 is an appropriate investment vehicle for you.
