You're forgetting that KMD had 295 Mil shares before CR, now has 709 Mil. That is a dilution of 1:2.4x

In Feb before the crash SP on high side was 2.4. That means today's KMD at SP 1.0 is same as trading the "old" KMD at 2.4. Not much of a discount considering all the uncertainty.

CR will capitalize and reduce the debt, that's fine. But it was done at the 51% discount price of 0.50$ per share, and that did a permanent damage to the value of the company and to existing shareholders.

Management was buying around SP 0.60, and that's the most I'm willing to pay.

BTW, KMD is one of best performing stocks in my portfolio so it's not in my interest to downramp. I think we are in for another correction before it gets better.
