Merrill Lynch said oil prices may fall to US$25 "IF" Chinese stockpiles increase. They expect that risk only short term as they are also forcasting that oil prices will trend higher after first quarter of 2009. They are forcasting "average" price of US$50 next year. Other analysts think average price will be much higher. In my opinion current oil sell off only setting market up for new record level highs by 2010.
