    Hi ptialv,

    Also - think about this!

Maybe the CBA are playing high stakes Poker with a Russian Roulette end game - hoping for an exit by being substantially "paid out" by the other lenders in the event they say No! But then what happens if the other lenders get jack of the CBA and refuse. Will the CBA (at the 11th hour) blink & agree???

ptialv, you are correct - if the CBA secured loan(s) is spread between other lenders than it is probably the 'hurt less' option should this scenario occur.

The reality is this - The situation is very fluid and dynamic up until such time as when total agreement between all parties occurs. Centro and their very well paid Advisor's should have a basket full of variable options in the war chest imo, as well as a hammer & a bag of nails to pin those tricky Bankers down with.

    Cheers, Pie :)
