At the CER AGM paul cooper I think put it on the table that DtoE was appliciable to the centro group not CER still trying to work out what that acutally means. Can't see how you can do a DtoE in the parts you don't own (eg MCS part). Anyone can explain that?

Hmmmmmmm, let me see now - maybe if I stop posting AFR articles (like others request) the CBA might stop reading bad things on HC and therefore widely agree to extending Centro's loan! I think things are a little bit more sophisticated than that, lol. However I could be wrong (lol x 2).
