The Board of Directors has unanimously endorsed the sale of Jumbuck. If the share holders overthrow this poor piece of judgement the board should resign. The board should have already offered their resignations on the basis that under their guidance they have steered the share price from over a dollar to under a cent.

Jumbuck has been reported to have hundreds of thousands of ounces of near surface gold. (at a grade of 1.1 grams/tonne)
Jumbuck has an ore body that is open at depth.
Jumbuck has not been fully explored.
