No I don't mind saying he will be going into Wangaratta Private Hospital ....the Wangaratta North East Health Hospital (big public one) is right around the corner ...he's been there too with his super bug in ICU in the past ....and he's also been in Albury Base Hospital with his double pneumonia...that was his CCU time. Our smaller local hospitals are just not geared up for big problems so most often if it looks serious patients are transported to either Albury or by air ambulance straight down to Royal Melbourne.
I've got faith in his surgeon and his anaesthetist ...they've both taken care of him before ...I'm probably worrying for nothing but he's just so susceptible to any infection and his breathing is always a worry. I'll be doing the pacing until I know he's come through that ok ....trying to keep positive thoughts but yep the worry is always there when it's dad.
