Finally, page-468

I was there the first day the truck drove in following from behind a couple of vehicles in front of me ! What a magnificent sight to see it driving to site ! Throughout the whole process I watched with curiosity and analysed it’s every move . There were a couple of glitches as Mark mentioned on his video which were quickly corrected . This build definitely wasn’t about speed although 3.5 dayS was very impressive considering set up filming crews , interruptions by spectators and a couple of glitches . At the end of the whole process what I took away was :

1)Proven,works in the rain .
2)Proven,works in windy conditions.
3)Proven,works in darkness.
4)Proven, cuts the smallest of blocks .
5)Proven,It lays all blocks according to plan.
6) Proven,The Glue is strong as walls would have given way after the first and second day.
7)Proven, minimal waste as mentioned .
8)Proven, all blocks were calculated and cut for interlocking all internal junctions.
9) Proven, the noise output was very minimal as mentioned .
10) Proven. Safety aspect was a very strong factor in the whole process.
11) Proven, Manual handling was virtually no existent.
12)Proven, Worked continually apart from stopping to rectify a couple of glitches.
13)Proven, the site was very clean and free of tripping hazards.
13) There was no smoko break, toilet break, I phone social media checks , go slow mode, going home early ect ect (sarcasm) but fact .
14)Mark was very forthcoming with answers that he could answer under the circumstances.
15) There was nothing that was hidden on site HX was in full view of who ever wanted to see . 16) I noticed the day after the safety fence Was erected FBR had the bob cat out to clean and level the block next to the site so no hazards were present and all spectators could walk freely to view the build .
17) I felt Marks passion for his life long project and the excitement in his voice ! he was as helpful as he could be in answering any questions he could and I appreciated his honesty! Which was a huge relief ! Considering the companies silence and lack of PR over the years !
18) I also walked away thinking a huge weight has been lifted of their shoulders with HX finally out in the open and in plain sight for all to scrutinise. It’s up to the builder to dress this baby up to perfection I’m assuming the builder will clad the home using a couple of different methods to show how other materials can be incorporated using FBR’s specially designed blocks and film the progress in stages ready for the world wide marketing strategy ! I felt it was also a perfect time to build this home right next to the home under construction so all spectators can compare the site safety and cleanliness between the 2 . There were no bricklayer on this site over the weekend , but I’m sure come Monday they will look over and rub their eyes to make sure they’re not dreaming ! Lol . I would expect Archistruct to finish this display in approx 4 - 5 months considering trades are readily available ATM , I would also be very interested to know the final cost savings to the builder by utilising HX in fact they should release those figures as price sensitive I would think .Now look at the difference in work sites and tell me there will not be a huge saving to the builder ! THE POSITIVES ARE ENORMOUS!! I know there will be a few still nit picking nothing , and those that do should get out of their vehicles on a conventional brick up build and honestly compare the 2 builds !
