    Asteroider you hit the nail on the head!!

    There is a very low turn over on this stock. Challenger owns 51%. Infact I read in one report they have less than 300 investors. Liquidity a major issue. Its link to challenger concerned me as well.

    upside ...low dept, good balance of quality properties, long leases, major tenants.
