The management here have brought this company to the brink of another CR to keep the lights on. The TH just gives them time for damage control. They found out the news last week and are now figuring out how to spin this with their investors/donors to reduce the severity of a cancelled order, which is more than a quarter of their MC. Every bit of positive news they have released was never preceded by a TH. I could be completely wrong but having witnessed the incompetency of this management I doubt I am.
