1) A+. IMO Best management in the space. Search Dr Sud Agarwal and Cannvalate.

2) Dilution will come from Options. Check IHLOB, the Cannvalate Options and Dr Suds 20c CMO Options.

It will impact obviously but if all are converted will ad $60.5M to the cash balance and likely will result in IHL never having to raise again for many years and will lead to Cannvalate and Dr Sud owning a large amount of IHL. IMO this implies a merger is likely in the future if IHL succeeds in one or more of its trials.
