    You need to look at what they are using the cap raise for.

    If they are using them to fund growth, in this current environment people are putting crazy multiples on them. ie APT and SZL.

    A company like WEB where they are being used to keep the lights on should be treated differently.

    I think with the bond the conversion price is at $4.03. That just caps the upside.
