"Unsolicited approach", yet we still issue shares at >20% discount to closing price. That being said, they did not specify when negotiations started, so the discount might not have been as big.
Nonetheless, disappointed and think management will have to look at their negotiation skills before take over talks happen otherwise wombats777 valuations won't come close.
