    Agree, extraordinarily positive. We can expect investors that follow smart money to start buying.

    By my calculations 4.27% on issued shares and 3.26% on a fully-diluted basis.

    This will lift fully-diluted shares to ~ 158.6M (note that all my valuations use 200M fully-diluted ).

    By July to August 2021 we should see another $3.2M of funds from exercising of options.
