The end game is for the SP to increase...obviously, and you just have to look at it and ask are we better off with certain people/groups involved in achieving this goal, and in this case I believe we are. Wait for the merger to go through, i am certain there will be significant management changes at the top of the organisation, and then look for the SP to realise its potential. We see the tip of the iceberg and as long as we steer away from a titanic like ending i really don't mind who is involved and how much they make as long as some of it filters through to improved SP's for BD1....watch this space
