I wouldn't be surprised if they get a lot more money offered up in this market and given where they are in process. Once again, the management and Shaws have locked and loaded in the cats for a bright future with minimal dilution for shareholders. Companies should have very little issues raising when they deliver like this. Buy any dip imo.
