    One reason is the offer is only open to residents of Australia and New Zealand, That leaves me out.
    Another is that the minimum is A$3000, maybe people don't want to invest that much? Another
    is that you had to be on the share register on May 27, 2020 to qualify. A lot of newcomers can't qualify.
