The number of rights, TNRR, available now in your account, equals the entitlement number. Heads trading at 1.8c, at 0.2c premium to 1.6c rights. The oppies currently worth 0.6c, at 2:1 ratio = another 0.3c value. Currently a right is worth 0.5c compared to current oppie / head prices. That's why they trade at 0.4 / 0.5c.
Worth to sell? Not really as the sp will be soon closer to 3c but still a profitable trade. Rights trading ends next Tuesday,21 July.
Worth to trade / buy ? Definitely, but consider the rights price accordingly.
I keep my rights to be entitled to apply for any shortfall. Important is that the 1m underwriter Mahe gets them without to have an existing holding, meaning the more they get the more they can place for sale at 1.6c + having free oppies, able to sell for just 0.1c and still making a profit. The less non-applied shortfall uptake the more the pain Mahe could create. I will apply for 1m shortfall shares.
