    Could it be that Shougang was never interested in doing business with Phil?

    I guess we will never know if there actually were negotiations in the pipeline between Shougang and ADY.If there were ... they did not go anywhere.Phil never told shareholders why the loan did not arrive. He only reconfirmed that it was in the bag I recall someone saying.
