It had a trailing PE if 10 just issued a profit warning so now you say it should trade on a forward PE of 50.
If it maintained its previous PE it would be trading at $3
Thats not allowing for the other $11 million they intend to write off
To justify present PE they are going to need to make $100 million NPAT next year and reading the statement there is absolutely no chance of that.
Marker sentiment is keeping the price supported but that won't last forever
