I remember they said it was a fab issue. To me, that made me think it is a process issue. To me it implied it was quite solvable. I recall they said the debris issue was a fab issue too. Then. If my memory is correct they worked on it together. Ultimately any issue in the development stage is an akp issue. Once they show mass production reality, all such issues will truly be fab issues
