The FIRB would be quite a hurdle at the moment but stranger things have happened, they say politics is the art of making the impossible happen. I must admit I would think Bub's may be on the distant radar of some companies. Typically T/O happen when the company being T/O is guaranteed of ongoing profits and a growth factor into the market. CEO's only go after a guaranteed success as it looks ordinary on their CV with a T/O failure. Anyway time will tell.
A day for the finance and bank sector today - banks make up 40% of the all ordinaries on the ASX..... crazy such an imbalance.
