It's not so simple and is not an either/or question.
The first and easiest part should be to impartially accept oneself as a "a biological entity" ... part of Earth's organic life.
Not so easy is to realise that being part of this organic life requires "payment", both involuntarily and perhaps even voluntarily.
Then, the real questions about "I" still remain.
This questioning is in the realm of inner experience .. not just words or ideas or the claims of others or as is mostly the case, imagination.
