This is totally ridiculous! This should be clear cut. There should have been a clear legal contract somewhere! I have a terrible feeling that there has been a terrible misunderstanding on the part of JRVs leaders though, which would be disasterous :-(
Very worrying. Duncan Pursell needs to issue a more detailed explanation of what is going on to shareholders. The one page announcement released today is not enough for such a serious issue.
