I am of the mind of why would the board recommend a friendly take over of Excore Resources ?
Do the board really want to keep their minds on the job of now turning ERX into a producing gold company.
With the share holder's vote coming, if share holder's vote no, then it's time to jettison the entire board and management.
They have had enough and should be moved on.
I don't see the need for Excore to hang onto the coat tails of Perseus mining, ERX has everything in front of them
Perseus is running out of producing tenements.
Of course, all in my own opinion, but i will be voting no, even if it means losing a small (paper), profit.
